Overall, my stay at Ocean Beach Hotel and Spa had its ups and downs. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, while the spa treatments were simply amazing. However, my experience was marred by inconsistent dining quality during breakfast and a lack of management presence to address concerns. The location is great, but there were times when the temperature in public areas, including our room, was uncomfortably high.
